How you pay

Work for hire — prices are set

You own everything outright.

Three ways to pay. Which one you want tells me a lot, and either answer is a good answer.

Paid in full, up front −10%The best price. You take the discount for carrying no risk on my side.
Deposit + payments listMoney down, the balance across the build. 50% to start, 50% on delivery — the World Build runs 40 / 30 / 30.
Deferred against revenue 20% down20% at signature, then I build and take the rest out of the revenue the work generates — 20% of revenue until paid. Two longstops: 18 months at +30%, or 24 months at +35%. The deposit is paid at list and comes straight off the balance, so the uplift only ever runs on what is still owed. For founders with a real thing and limited cash today.
Buy-down any timeYou can pay any part of a deferred balance in cash whenever you like. Only the unpaid part carries the uplift — so paying it off in full at any point puts you back at list. Deferring is never a door that locks behind you.

One rate card. These are the prices whether you engage me as The Branding Guru or engage StarHub Studios directly. Same work, same number, either door. Nobody is ever quoted differently depending on which name is on the invoice.

Where the World Build ends. It starts at $25,000 for the brand and the surfaces it lives on. At full venture scope — command dashboard, onboarding and 90 days of support — it becomes StarHub Launch at $50,000, and the ladder continues from there: Growth $90,000, Empire from $150,000. One continuous ladder, not two competing ones. Carried terms are the same at every rung — 20% at signature, then +30% at 18 months or +35% at 24 on the balance.

How the deferred route actually works. Revenue means gross revenue the business receives, from all sources, off the top — not net, and not an argument about which sales came from the new brand. (Where cost of goods runs over half your gross, we run the sweep on gross less cost of goods instead, because otherwise 20% of gross is your whole margin and neither of us wins.) You send a statement of gross revenue monthly, on the 10th, and I can ask to see supporting records once a year. That is the whole reporting burden.

What happens at the longstop. If a balance is still outstanding at 18 or 24 months, it carries 1.5% per month until cleared, and the licence to the work reverts to me until it is. The full balance also becomes due immediately if you sell the business, change control, or raise $250,000 or more — if the thing gets liquid, the carry ends. None of that is a threat; it is the reason I can afford to say yes to a founder with no cash, and you should want to know it before you sign rather than after.

Two things in your favour. The 20% deposit is returned in full if I do not deliver — it is not returned if you walk away from the engagement. And the free skeleton is built and hosted on my infrastructure: you see it, you use it to decide, and it becomes yours on signature.

Scope. The price covers what we named in writing at signature. If the work grows materially — a site becomes a site plus three apps and a command centre — it gets re-quoted before I start, and the deposit tops up to 20% of the new number. Either the scope is fixed or the price moves; there is no third version where it stays the same.

What the deposit does. The 20% is not a fee on top. It is paid at list and comes off the balance before any uplift is applied, so it lowers what you finish at rather than raising it. On a $25,000 World Build: $5,000 at signature, $20,000 deferred, and at 18 months you finish at $31,000 — against $32,500 with nothing down. Paying earlier always costs less, and you can pay any part of the balance in cash at any time.

Joint venture — we build together

A different arrangement, not a payment plan.

I bring the brand, the system and the operator; you bring the venture. We share in what it becomes, and the build cost stops being a bill you have to find. The engagement is held by StarHub Studios.

How it works — and why it's this fast

Every brand we run lives on one living system: correct a thing once, it corrects everywhere; nothing is quietly deleted; you always see what's live, what's built, and what's not built yet — in writing. That structure, plus an operator that never sleeps, is why "same day" is normal here.

Still deciding? Send us your biggest broken thing today — and look at it again tomorrow. That's the whole pitch.
